How do I check what messages have been sent to my spam folder?

Your account has powerful spam filters making sure you get as little unwanted email as possible.  Unfortunately no system is perfect so instead of permanently deleting suspect emails, our system sends them to a spam folder in your email account.  You cannot access this folder through outlook, but you can use a special program we have set up to do so.  Feel free to empty this folder whenever you feel comfortable doing so as server space is limited.

How to do it:

  • Open up your favorite internet browser
  • type the following URL into the address bar:

  • make sure you replace [yourdomain].com with your actual domain name (i.e. your-web-guys.com)

  • Enter your login information as shown below.

    • Name: type your full email address (i.e. rkinney@your-web-guys.com).

    • Password: type whatever your password is.

  • Once your control panel loads, you will see in the left hand frame a list of folders such as inbox, inbox drafts, etc... under all of them there is one called simply "spam".  Click on it and it will load the messages which have been tagged as spam by our filters.  you can move any mis-boxed messages to your inbox through the interface in your control panel.
