Can I update my site myself?

 Well,
why would you want to? You pay us to be your web guys so why would
you want to spend any more time on anything involving your business
online than you have to? Any time you want to change something on
your site just log into the client control
panel and submit a support ticket. We will have your changes
up and ready for you to inspect as soon as possible and can change
anything you don't like instantly. If you want to update your site
with news or something similar on a frequent basis we will set up an
online interface for you to make additions for a
one time nominal fee.
There is literally no reason why you would ever want to update or make
changes to your site yourself unless the frequency of those updates is
unacceptable under the regular monthly fee. |

How quickly do you make the changes I request?

| There is almost always one of us online keeping an eye on the service requests admin so we will update you with when the changes will be made almost instantaneously. The speed of when the actual changes will be made will depend upon workload, day of the week, and other factors but usually they will be finished within 24 hours. |
