http://www.macarthuraccommodations.comMichele envisions the website having two bubbles from which visitors can choose Health & Wellness or Hospitality. At the moment, only Hospitality is available. She wants people who login to immunityforlife.net to be able to access the Health & Wellness site. Michele is an international certified health and wellness coach from Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, but doesn't have a label, there's some however it's confusing. She currently does not have a bio or a Meet Michelle page. She does have testimonies to add to her website. There is a blog section, but there are no blog entries. She will send videos of recorded workshops and upload them to the website for people to purchase. She also wants to highlight her social media pages.
Michele wants to set up a workshop as well as an online store where people can buy tangible items such as coffee mugs, journals, and other items. Another thing she wants to get right is a calendar for booking consultations. People should be able to schedule a free consultation and be aware of the costs of paid consultations.
Finally, she wishes to create an immunity community/newsletter and ensure that it is working smoothly
THE PROBLEM
The payment process needs to be streamlined. Michele wants people to be able to pay for a workshop and go through it. The way GoDaddy has her payment process set up is perplexing. One part is with Square, and the other part is with GoDaddy, which she had no idea about, so when people booked for workshop at first, they couldn't pay, so when they signed up, Michelle had to do free workshops because GoDaddy didn't have it.
